Our room had a persistent noise issue from the ice machine just outside, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the evening kickback didn't deliver on food quality—several items were running low during peak hours, leaving us with fewer options. Last but not least, the temperature control in our room seemed off, with periods of too cold or stuffy air that made it uncomfortable at night.

We loved the spacious King Suite with Sofa Bed. The room felt comfortable and cozy. Breakfast options were varied and tasty every morning, especially the hot items. Enjoyed grabbing free popcorn in the evenings while unwinding. The indoor-outdoor pool was great for my kids, and the hot tub was relaxing after a busy day. However, there were issues. Construction noise started very early and continued through the day, making it hard to relax. Finding parking was a challenge, as some spots were taken up by equipment. One night, we felt uncomfortable with some people loitering near the back of the hotel, which raised safety concerns. Staff at the reception were friendly but overwhelmed. These issues made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. Still, we appreciated the amenities.

I appreciated the home's feel from our spacious King Suite with Sofa Bed and Kitchenette, which accommodated our family well. The staff's understanding of our need for towels and amenities during our stay was commendable.

The bathtub was filled with dirt, which was unusual and concerning.

The King Suite Sofa Bed was surprisingly spacious and super comfy. I loved the clean design and nice furnishings. Great for stretching out. The only downside was some traffic noise from the freeway, but it wasn't too bothersome. Plus, the indoor/outdoor pool was a nice touch for unwinding after travel.

The overall experience at Drury Inn & Suites was outstanding. The room was spacious, exceeding my expectations, and the amenities, particularly the pool and hot tub, were excellent for unwinding after a busy day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast provided a variety of enjoyable options, making mornings stress-free.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The free breakfast and dinner were real lifesavers after a long day. One evening, the staff surprised us with Derby glasses in a welcome package that felt personal and thoughtful.
